The TIVOLI AUDIO Model One AM/FM Table Radio is a very good product. It features a very clear, powerful, and full frequency sound. It's hard to believe that so much sound can come from such a small cabinet. The real walnut wooden housing is beautiful to look at. The TIVOLI AUDIO Model One is easy to operate and comes complete with AM and FM external antennas. I own 4 (four) of these excellent radios. I'm very happy with these TIVOLI AUDIO Model Ones. Get yours today. You will really like it a lot.

I fell in love with this radio when my sister let me borrow hers for a couple years while she was moving. She eventually wanted it back so I bought exactly the same model and this one is good quality also. Great at low or high volumes. I mostly use it to listen to the news (NPR mostly) and there is no distortion.

Wish it had tone control

I would give the radio 5 stars except that it lacks a tone control. Other reviewers have indicated that they find the output has too much bottom end and I would have to agree. This is especially noticeable when listening to conversation. Tone for most music is acceptable. It seems to me to be a remarkable oversight for such an, otherwise, high quality piece of equipment. I contemplated a return, but decided that I would live with it and accept its limited faults. I enjoy the radio for the most part and find its ability to tune accurately, pull in stations and provide and overall good quality experience to outweigh its faults. -Jim

Very good audio, from a really small radio. Unlike many FM radios this one can be tuned right on the frequency, with little or no distortion of the audio. The sound quality is as good as any radio I have listened to.
