I bought this for my wife, who is blind, because the controls are so simple and precise. But I love the thing--the sound quality is superb, the tuner is excellent (we live in a Chicago high-rise and it gets stations other radios don't), and the thing oozes old-fashioned quality with modern performance. A gem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this item because one of my brothers has one and I was impressed. I have read audiophile reviews of it in the past but it was the first time I heard it. Great sound, tuner is very good at isolating stations.

This radio was a Christmas Present and it is awesome! The sound is clear and crisp and loud enough to hear in the kitchen from the living room, and the station tuning is easy and accurate - definitely a good buy!

This is a dandy little radio - believe the wood housing provides better tone quality - had not heard that good a tone in an inexpensive radio since I was a child, decades ago. I actually intended to order the clock radio and ordered this by mistake, but liked it so much I kept it and bought a less expensive alarm clock.

Superb little radio

Ok, so it's not a stereo radio, but the sound is rich and warm and the FM reception is better than on my high end Onkyo receiver. I love the infinitely adjustable tuning knob and the perfectly balanced design. Even the maple wood is first quality. Keep it simple and enjoy this little wonder. No buyer's remorse here!

Finally a radio!

I had been looking for a kitchen radio , small and compact but with good speakers. The only one that ever worked in my kitchen was an old Boom Box. My son received a Tivoli as a Christmas gift and when I saw it and heard it I was sold. Also I can attach my IPod and listen to songs whenever I tire of the radio. I love it.

after a little research i expected to have my socks knocked off by this radio. however i'm sure my expectations were way too high. it's ok. had to move it from where my cheapie set was just to get my station. then had to position just right. an antenna would help but it's a production to get 1. seems they don't sell them in stores anymore. i'm sure i'll get used to it.
