I tried this out with my elderly parents in mind. Its perfect for them light weight and the charge works pretty good enough time to finish a good amount of lawn.

Easy to assemble. Nice trimmer for a large yard with lots of trees. I am a widow and cannot push a heavy gas powered mower. Trims nicely around trees.

Robust Cutting Power

As a test we used our new mower after a heavy rain. We have a mature growth of zoysia which is a very thick grass. This is our first experience with any cordless mower and I was very curious how the WORX mower would stand up to the zoysia and whether or not the battery would last long enough to be practical for our yard. I am pleased to say the mower performed very well and the Intellicut technology kicked in seamlessly. The battery lasted far longer than I expected.
Two thumbs are up for this mower. I wish that I had converted to cordless much sooner.

Perfect For My Needs

Bought his mower/trimmer a month ago to supplement my string trimmer. My primary mower is a riding mower and I needed something to clean-up areas inaccessible by my rider. This little mower is perfect. I would not recommend it as a primary means of cutting a yard larger than the size of a patio. The batteries provided with the mower are sufficient for up to 2 hours of use. It is powerful enough to cut/mulch thick, dry grass up to 5 inches high (max height of my grass). It folds up for easy storage underneath my work bench. I would recommend this product for limited. light duty use.

Great Mower, long enough battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this mower a month ago and have used it about 5 times. First time I used it the battery lasted for about 80% of my lawn. Probably just a little to long, as I have mowed more fequently, about every 6 days and have had battery to spare! Super light weight and love the bagging feature.

Perfect Balance of Weight, Run-time, and Width

We live on a 36-square mile ranch in Wyoming. Now, this puppy won't do 36-square miles of grass, but it will do the tall grasses around the house just fine. The 14" cutting width is great for cutting in around the garden and trees and the very light weight makes it easy move about. On Turbo mode for the initial cut (the grasses were about two feet tall), we would get between 20 and 30 minutes on the charge. That's just the right amount of time to take a break from the heat and do other chores while the batteries recharge.
For our needs, this mower is a perfect balance of weight, cutting swath, and run-time. I was so impressed with the quality and 20V Li-Ion battery interchangeability concept, I bought a Worx cordless drill and gave away the old Kawasaki drill.

1,000 times better than a gas mower!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very sloped, hard to mow, slanted 1/4 acre back yard in the Ozarks of Missouri. Rocks with 2 inches of imported dirt, grass grows uneven, fall down all the time while mowing. Yet it can be the most beautiful yard when it is groomed: the deer lay in it as do the racoons and woodchucks, armadillos, and of course my 8 cats and white lab. Gas mowers don't work very well on an uneven yard, or at least in my experiences with this yard. In fact, my front yard went from grass to gravel because it was too hard to mow and a riding mower would not work on it. it is sloped even more than my back yard. so for a few years I abandoned the gas mower and used weed eaters to "mow" my back yard. this became a chore that took two days to accomplish. That is until I bought this battery powered wonder mower!!! on a full charge of the two batteries, I can mow my entire back yard, finish up with my Worx Weed Wacker (best thing ever made!) and my yard looks great!
great exercise for me, a sense of accomplishment, a beautiful back yard, and all with my nerve damage sensibilities with both my arms/hands that made pushing a gas mower and a gas weed Wacker almost impossible and I have no health issues with my Worx products!!! if fact, I have a Worx battery pole chain saw also!!!
someday, as my budget allows for, I will own most every Worx tool out there in 20 Volt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mower a month ago, and after using it 2 times, the front wheels would not adjust. It is unusable now as is. HAVE NOT received much response from the warranty people to take care of the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
