Bought this at the beginning of the summer because I have trees on stonescaped hills that I have to mow around. The 14" one is so light I can get into all the crevices I inadvertently created. My one question--can I buy extra catchers? Mine will develop holes in another year of use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little guy is easy to lift for me into the back of the car and also takes down higher than normal grass on turbo mode.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once batteries are charged it’s good to go very light weight and easy to get that grassed mowed. Since I have lots of land I need to do the next let next day with a full charge but worth the monies
I bought this because I was tired of paying big money to mow a flat area. Didn’t have power close by so had to use volumes of extension cord to trip over and I’m a 70 year old woman. So wanted to try out the battery route. Am I glad I did!! Light weight enough for me To push, move around. Mow up an incline, down an incline. No cord to drag, trip over or run over with mower. Plenty of power to mow the grass, weeds... whatever! And it runs just long enough on one charge that it’s time for me to stop, have a nice cold glass of water and rest up for the next run! Batteries charge up pretty quickly (probably quicker than I’d like.. LOL). So am I happy? Heck yeah!!
Got this a month ago. I took out of box and had to remove front axle wheels were pushed into deck of mower and wouldn't turn, I was not happy, box was not damaged, so I believe factory installed axle incorrectly. I will say, I get laughed at (by family and friends) when i cut my grass because the mower is so small, (and im so big) the mower is light, (a 5 year old child could run this mower). The mower can cut 6"high grass in turbo mode, and has enough power in turbo mode to cut my 2000 sf lot. It cuts better and mulches better than my 20" gas mower ever did. The grass does stick to the under deck of the mower (where the blade is) trying to find if anything exists to keep grass from building up under the mower. Charging takes 4 hrs, the mower battery starts at 5 led indicator lights and drops to 4 leds within a minute, then to 3 leds after 5 mins, after 10 mins runs on 2 leds for around 20 mins (all on turbo mode). I do wonder how many charges these batteries can take before they are junk. And Can WORKS make a corded adapter (in place of the batteries) to convert the mower from battery to ac corded when my batteries eventually fail..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought 14" mower in June, 2019 and returned it in July after an accident severely affected my health. Worx received the returned mower on 7/6/19. It is 7/22/19 but I have not received my refund. I am HAPPY with my other 4 Worx lawn care tools which I have had for years. Unfortunately Worx refund policy NOT SO MUCH. Signed, Still waiting
