Came with the wheel cap off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The back right wheel cap was just laying in the bottom of the box…..
I had to figure out a way to secure the back right wheel. I was able to secure the wheel so it didn’t fall off, but now it has a little bit of resistance when trying to push the mower.

Things I wish I'd have known before buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lawnmower for the reasons it is boasted about: it's battery powered, lightweight, and easy to use and maneuver. These are all great (and accurate) features. However, I'm not 100% satisfied with this mower.
First, if you're considering buying this, just get the package with 4 batteries! I struggled making the decision on 2 vs. 4 and because I have a small yard (and cost) I only got 2. The batteries definitely don't last very long which is a bummer. So just save yourself grief and get 4.
Second, the mower has two modes, eco and turbo... Unfortunately I have found zero difference in performance between the two. And overall performance isn't great. I don't feel that it cuts the grass as well/as evenly as my old (and I mean old) rinky-dink gas mower that I was replacing. I've walked at a normal pace and I've walked at a slower pace, and I still end up with a lot of blades of grass that somehow don't get cut and stand taller than the rest.
If I were to start over, I think I would opt for one of the larger mowers with steel blades. Maybe that's the problem? Love the idea of a battery powered, easy-to-use, lightweight mower (which it is), but as expensive as these are I expected more out of it.

[Employee of worx] I say that to let you know my recommendation is limited. I have enjoyed the mower and my front yard looks great. 1st cut I was able to complete the front yard on 1 charge. Now I am not. I am not sure if it is because we have Bermuda grass or degradation of the battery. I continue to learn that bagging works better than mulching as that really chews up battery life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Light and easy to use....

An electric lawn mower came with our new home. It was heavy and I always had to be careful not to run over the cord. At our previous home, we had an EGO cordless lawn mower and I loved it. At our new home, we have a much smaller lawn so I decided to try out the Worx cordless lawn mower. I'm so glad I did. It's easy to use, much lighter than an electric and it gets the job done!

I bought this mower about a month ago and have used it to both bag clippings and mulch. Both are flawless. Excellent cut on thick st augustine grass. Battery life is incredible. I highly recommend this mower to anyone wanting a lightweight easy to use mower.

I bought this mower based on the one my neighbor has. I have only used mine once and it seems to make more noise than hers. It don't seem to cut the best. I only use it for trimming around trees and bushes. I have yet to check the blade. So I can't really make a recommendation yes or no yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
