Good product, but arrived with defects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The backpack has several nice features and a very nice color. However, the laminated cardboard that supposedly must provide shape in the front came deformed and the look is not what I expected. I tried to reacomode it using a towel inside it for several days to see if that helped, but it didn't help much. The backpack still looks deformed and I don't think this is something you would expect for a price I paid for it.
I would like to be contacted by customer service to see if they can offer a solution, let's see.
