[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my third or fourth trimmer and will buy again as it has always performed great. Note that my first unit is probably more than 8 to ten years old and making funny noises and may be dying but I will keep using till it dies

Bought a WG163.9 trimmer to replace a gas trimmer I had for many years. Worked good for two years then the line trimmer broke off. Called service for help and was told this is normal wear and tear and will not be cover under warranty. Will be going back to using my gas trimmer it never let be down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lightweight and performs well

I have an older model and used it all the time to edge my sidewalks. I got this one to replace the older one because I have not found any other tool (gas or battery) that does as good as job. I live on a corner lot, so I do have double the sidewalks compared to most people. Battery life is good, letting me complete edging without having to recharge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am on my second string trimmer/wheeled edger, I'm 80 yrs old still do my yard work and worx tools make my job much easier for me they are long lasting and easy to work with ,I love them and will not change for anything else.

I had the 32V version of this tool for about 7 years before it had served its last lawn-mowing. This version is the equivalent and now I have more products to share batteries with. Pleased with my purchase. Only complaint is my 32V model had automatic string feed. Not a big deal as the button to feed on this one is easy access.
I would recommend this to a friend!
