i bought this last year and throwed my black and decker away, 2 batteries and charger, i added a half inch nut driver a month ago and dont need another battery or charger. This is the best trimmer on the market, always have power and push button string, easly adjust dir of cut,if i designed this thing im not sure i could make it better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We live in Oregon and it knows how to rain here. This year has been a record breaker for rain. What the weather man forgets to point out is that everything is growing like crazy!
Worx's trimmer is great. It's a little power house and my 77 year old body has no problem using it. I have a good size yard so I need a trimmer that isn't a problem to use like the 2 old ones I am going to through away now that I have a decent trimmer to use. Thanks for designing and making a good solid machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my works weed eater 3 years ago and it's been great but I wish the wheels were better having trouble with them coming louse and the battery's cost way to much more than a car battery they would sale alot more if they would just drop the price that is the only problem I have with buying another one works is a very good weed eater but I going back to gas craftsman weed eater just because of the price of battery's.

Best Trimmer Ever

I've had this trimmer for a couple of years. It's the best trimmer I've ever had. I've had gas, electric and other battery powered trimmers. This one outshines them all. The batteries have long lasting power. The auto line feed works perfectly and is a real bonus to this trimmer. No pounding on the ground to get more line. The trimmer line is also very durable. I have a chain link fence and it trims around it just fine. Doesn't tear up a bunch of line. The side wheels work perfectly for trimming the lawn edge. I would highly recommend this trimmer to everyone. 10 Stars for sure!

Thought it would be great for 74 year old female who doed own yard work. Good concept buy huadr won't stay on and now broke. They din' t sell replacement guard so can' t use even though trimmer itself works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
