Can't use it.......

I bought this thinking the battery I have for my weed-wacker and leaf-blower would work.It doesn't as it is 24V and this takes 20V. Now I have to pay twice the price to buy new 20V battery and charger. Really disappointing! The one stars below are because I can't rate what I can't use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have recently moved over to our 20V PowerShare Platform in which you can use almost all of our tools with the 20V batteries. We do recommend purchasing our tools with battery and charger to get the best price!

Light and powerful..

I am 71 .. love gardening but can not move mountains like I used to. Switching all my tools to cordless, powerfull and easy to handle. First I bought the wheelbarrow... a genuis invented this... now the shear trimmer .. it does not disappoint... I love it ... can't wait till the electric cutter is back in stock... I highly recommend these tools

Makes spring trimming easy

I bought this to trim my liriope and mulee grass and it makes it so much easier and less messy than using string trimmer. Used shrubber trimmer attachment on my lantana. It worked well.

easy to handle and what a great Battery power tool

Cordless shrubber trimmer

The cordless shrubber trimmer is perfect for small jobs and for my wife, who can't handle the larger 24" hedge trimmer as well. It makes it easy to keep shrubs in shape before they need a major trim job.
