Split apart on heavy (normal) use

Already at first use, when cutting a bunch of grass or small branches the product does not just stop as expected but split apart. The button security plate disconnect from the security hatches and the scissor parts pop out the sleeves only for expert to reassembly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Piece wears out too quick

The oblong piece wears out too quick and won't rotate blades enough to cut anything. I'm told can't get that part. I won't buy another. Only way to get the part needed is to buy the entire shear blade assembly. That's bologna.

I recently purchased the Shear/Trimmer hand tool, which makes touch-ups on bushes, grass and even vine shrubs simple and easy. I then discovered and purchased the telescoping extension pole with wheels, which makes it a total back saver when timing grass and anything out of reach. This is a must have trimmer combo that is Shear Pleasure to use!
