I bought the combo trimmer/edger, cordless blower and the hedge trimmer! I loved them so much I had to get the portable power cleaner and the shrub and grass shear! I now own 5 Worx tools!

Does not cut well

The blades do not cut very well. Instead, it pinches the shrub leaving a rough trim.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered this for my wife, who does the gardening. She loves it. She needed a new pair of shears, but with her arthritus in her hands, this was a great alternative.

4" Grass trimmer & 8" Shrub trimmer

I recently bought another tool from Worx, the 4" Grass trimmer and the 8" Shrub trimmer.
It has a 20 v battery (not included) but it will accept the 20 v battery from all other tools.
The price was very reasonable < $40. It works great and is fast and fun to operate - especially when giving the gardens a quick touch up. I'm a happy customer ! thanks

Portable Power

I have a lot of small bushes that need to be trimmed regularly. The Worx trimmer is small and easy to maneuver. It does a great job without worrying about chopping up an extension cord. It's very powerful for its size.

Little awkward

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer is great for trimming grass but is a little awkward using it in the shrub trimmer mode. For some reason, the combination of holding the shrub trimmer, at the trimming height, and holding both "on" switches while trimming, gets to be a little uncomfortable and fatiguing. I found I must take short breaks in between trimming shrubs. I was really surprised at how long I could trim on one battery charge!!
