It's difficult to keep a straight line while doing the edging..To be fair it may be just because it's new to me...

I am a lawn aficionado, and have allll sorts of equIpment. When it came time to finally upgrading my old Echo gas trimmer, and knew I wanted electric. When this Worx showed up, I was so enthralled with it's trimming power and how light it was. I was giddy. It works so well, and has NO issue getting where you need. You'll even find yourself getting areas done that you would have skipped with your heavy gas edger. It's a good find!

Best trimmer ever!!

I have used several different trimmers over the years. I have used lightweight gas ones (not enough power) and heavier gas ones (too heavy, hard to control and avoid scalping). I switched to a Worx trimmer (WG162) about 5 years ago. I liked that it was lightweight and easy to use but since it only had 1 string and limited power, it took longer to trim my entire yard. I recently upgraded to the Worx WG176 model and have used it 3 times now. I love this trimmer! It is slightly heavier that my old one and longer. The weight is very well balanced over the length so even my wife could easily handle it. The length makes it much easier to trim without any bending. The power is amazing. It is at least as powerful as gas trimmers. It just cuts through effortlessly. I literally can trim along a wall as fast as I can walk - almost at a run speed. And I didn't have any issues with scalping. I am so impressed with this trimmer. It cut my trim work time from 25 minutes to about 7. Every time I get this trimmer out to use, I start with a smile because I know how well it will work. Buy this one and you will be happy too.

I am very impressed with this trimmer. It is very easy to use, not being too heavy. I like the reach and the 13" cutting swath. It is plenty powerful enough for any work I have for it. I got to use it in earnest for the first time this morning. It is an area that I had been doing with my GT revolution, with this new trimmer it took me maybe about 1/4 of the time, and a whole lot less stress on my body. I was running it in economy mode, and that was plenty of power for today's job, I didn't time how long I was out there, but I was impressed with how long the battery lasted.. I do have a number of WORX product, and like them all, but I think this one is now my favourite. I will certainly be looking at the WORX power tools for my future needs
