Great Labor Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool makes the job of cleaning Autumn pruning so much easier. Squeezing the trigger is much easier than actually cutting the twigs and branches. Using the smaller battery makes it most possible lightweight package (even though it's not that light at over 2lbs). Clippers are sharp, so be careful where you snip.
Two things stopping me from giving it 5 Stars. One, is the occasional slow mode. Still not clear how I trigger it. I understand the trigger is pressure sensitive, but there are times the unit goes into slow mode when I am keeping consistent trigger pressure. Two is the safety lock feature. I think it should auto triggered when the battery is removed. Not just when I hold down the trigger long enough for the two beeps indicating mode activated. This way, there is no way to store the unit with the blade in the open position and the battery removed. That can lead to accidents. Like the cutting edge slicing open my tool bag. Yes, this means adding a special mode to lock the blade open for sharpening. But I sharpen way less than I use it.

The “Wife” WORX Outside!

I bought one cordless lopper, and they are extremely sharp. Work perfectly for thick limbs. The only problem, the wife found them, and I couldn’t use the scissors anymore if we were both outside. But, there’s a remedy! Buy a second pair which is exactly what I did. So now with the hedge clippers and/or pole saw I have my very own loppers.

Awesome tool
I have many Works products this quickly became one of my favorites pruning with these old tired hands is not easy and this tool just made it unbelievably easy I would strongly recommend this for someone who has old tired hands

Great tool

The tools are actually pretty darn good, my reason for the 3 stars is your shipping is pretty poor. Sure you ship within 1 or 2 days, but the shipping company takes from 2 to 5 more days to get you the product. Unfortunately sometimes during tracking the item takes a wired route in order to get to the customer. I know you can’t control the shipping company. I am currently waiting on an item that said would be here today, so when I check the progress it’s still 1100 or so miles away and might get here in another 2 days if I’m lucky.
