Powerful Tool

As my hands age, I needed something to do the work and I just hold it. This fits the bill. I can lop off any quarter inch branch or less with ease.

Great Labor Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of worx] This tool makes the job of cleaning Autumn pruning so much easier. Squeezing the trigger is much easier than actually cutting the twigs and branches. Using the smaller battery makes it most possible lightweight package (even though it's not that light at over 2lbs). Clippers are sharp, so be careful where you snip.
Two things stopping me from giving it 5 Stars. One, is the occasional slow mode. Still not clear how I trigger it. I understand the trigger is pressure sensitive, but there are times the unit goes into slow mode when I am keeping consistent trigger pressure. Two is the safety lock feature. I think it should auto triggered when the battery is removed. Not just when I hold down the trigger long enough for the two beeps indicating mode activated. This way, there is no way to store the unit with the blade in the open position and the battery removed. That can lead to accidents. Like the cutting edge slicing open my tool bag. Yes, this means adding a special mode to lock the blade open for sharpening. But I sharpen way less than I use it.

I have quite a collection of Worx 20 V tools, but this is my new favorite. I waded into some seriously overgrown rose bushes this afternoon and emerged victorious. I would have given up much earlier with a regular pair of pruners, but these made the job a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have Mulberries, weeds, that can grow 10' over the summer. I've bought: a Hedge trimmer, 2 different Chainsaws, and a Reciprocating saw over the past few years to deal with them. Plus they are next to a wire fence which I've gotten tangled up in. The Chainsaw, and Hedge Trimmer are too unsafe for the women. First day I received this tool, I easily cut down half of them. Works great with the battery I bought with the Chainsaw. And I can bite off scrub of 2"! Girls like it too!

Best shrub tamer ever

If you have rose bushes, flowering shrubs, cedar bushes, anything with limbs the size of your thumb or smaller, you will love this tool. So easy it almost makes yard work fun. I filled a giant yard bag with trimmings with absolutely no wear or tear on my hand or wrist.

...only had this tool for a short time but the amount of work accomplished is amazing. Pruning is almost FUN . I recommend it to everyone who has a lot of pruning to do.
