[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had seen this cordless shear for some time and was able to buy when offered at a good discount. Especially glad that the 20 volt battery that I use on my 3 year old weed wacker could be used on this item also. Very satisfied with all WORX tools I have bought over the years

Wonderful Tool but…….

I own many, many Worx tools, and several different type of Worx saws. My vegetation consists of many tree and bush types that are prone to generate many small, sub-inch branches that are too small to conveniently cut with a reciprocating or chain saw. You know the type, the ones that the saw blade or chain just make vibrate around instead of cutting, and require a lopper. This tool is the answer to that. Makes short work of those smaller branches by effortlessly cutting them off as close to the main limb or trunk as you can get. The “but” in my title refers to the fact that, like another poster says, if you cut yourself with this tool, it is on you, but NEVER EVER lose sight of the jaws before you pull the trigger, because it would remove a finger as effortlessly as it cuts through a finger sized limb or branch. Easier to do than you would think. Reach out with one hand to hold some branches out of the way of the one you intend to cut, stick the jaws down into that area without realizing a finger might be closer to the intended cut than you realize and “Oh Spit!!!!!” Other than that, a magnificent tool.

As my hands age, I needed something to do the work and I just hold it. This fits the bill. I can lop off any quarter inch branch or less with ease.

Cordless Pruning Shear/Lopper works like a dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Cordless Pruning Shear/Lopper because I hated the way manual shears make my hands hurt after using them. Teo Worx cordless shears are a dream to use they cut limbs with ease. Anything from 1/8" to at least a 1/2" in diameter. Best of all I can cut all day with no pain in my hands.

A HAND / WRIST SAVER and FUN TO USE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great use of extra batteries not being used for the Worx string trimmer. So easy to use, I tended to trim too much. IT WAS ACTUALLY FUN! Having collected lots of long branches it was also easy to break 'em down to a smaller size to fit in a yard waste collection bag/bin. Thought my wife wouldn't like them, but she started snipping away like crazy as well! It was awkward learning the settings, but 5 minutes practice, watching the led light and listening to the single & double beeps helped the learning curve. LOVE THIS TOOL! We are both 75 by the way

If the pruner had an extension pole it would be the best pruner on the market..
