[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this vacuum for a couple of weeks and am very happy with it. So far, I've used it in my car, my kitchen cupboards, basement stairs, and my wife's van. It's light weight and easy to use. I have many WORX tools and all take the same batteries. I only wish the hose was a little longer.

Release to empty

I bought this quite a while ago. Was disappointed that I cannot get the unit to empty as the release button won’t work. Did you fix this defect? It is annoying as heck that I cannot release the bin to empty it!!

Hello Valued Customer. The dirt cup release button might be difficult to push the first time. After the first release, the subsequent empties will be easier and the dirt cup should release much easier. I have emailed you offline regarding this matter. I've used it many times since I've had it and found it to be very handy and do a good job. From cleaning window screens to cat litter on the floor to dust bunnies. It could use a dust collector area about twice the current size. Make it twice as deep (tall) and this thing would be 5 stars. It doesn't take long to fill up the current size.

Not worth the price

There are two settings - low and high. The overall design can use some improvements because the extender piece does not have a space on the tool and it’s not reasonable to say store it in the same place that you’ve just sucked up debris. The other two attachments do store on the tool nicely. The run time was barely sufficient to do a small job of simply getting up the small white styrofoam pieces off of a spinner bike I had just purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
