Best range ever!

Pretty oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its pretty and sleak looking. Good oven/ rack space. Love the ability to have a rack super low to fit 4 dutch ovens at a time easily. Settings are touch screen and super are intuitive even for the not so tech savvy. Strong odor with the first use. Holy moley! The smell lingered for about 48hrs with the windows open.
Requires about an hour to get to 500°f. It seems even in the Bake setting a fan kicks on intermittently as well as when the oven is first turned off. Once the door is opened to load, dough in my case, it takes 9 minutes or More to get back to 500°f. Ive adjusted my recipes a bit now to 450°f for a longer duration and the oven seems to be happier with that.....reheating within 5 minutes or so. I'm super curious to play with the steam bake setting, but have held off because the oven must be cold, and it seems like I could only open bake once with the bottom of the oven steam method then have to completely cool and reset...... so what id like to know is can I use that function without water in the bottom of the oven, but instead in an oven safe vessle on a rack? I have questions lol. Noodle board or oven top cover seems like a really good idea to help protect the glass. Burner size is a little wonky with my current pans. The user guide cautions you to use an appropriate size burner, but they all seem slightly off. Little wobbly when the door is opened. I dont dare pull out the shelves.

Pizza shop in my kitchen
