Not a good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The two step feature to unlock is terrible. Cannot set a cook time in precise seconds and can only set in 10-second increments. Again, terrible. The microwave also beeps for no reason. You can use it and get your food out, and 30 minutes later it beeps. Setting the clock is also a major headache. Would not pick this microwave again, but it was the builders only option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is not nearly as good as my older one. It is very complicated to use. Also the frame is so high I cannot open the cupboard above.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new microwave! It heats food quickly and evenly, looks great in my kitchen, and is very easy to use. The controls are straightforward, and it runs quietly. Definitely a great purchase and worth the money!
