Stop/unlock feature cannot be disabled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good microwave - heats food quickly. However, it has a child lock feature which is annoying. You have to press stop/unlock every time to get the food out. The manual says this feature can be disabled, but in reality it does not let you do that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a warranty replacement but the guy that installed it said that we needed to contact the builder cuz we needed shims. Seriously? We have had the previous microwave for almost two years with no issues other than that it stopped heating. The repairman should have been able to fix it

Great microwave at a great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and installed three weeks ago, and it's been an almost perfect match to the one we replaced after 10 years. The only negative was that because we have a countertop that is installed to look like a built in, we had to also purchase a new trim frame as the design has changed making the previous one unusable.

The first thing I noticed is how simple and intuitive it is to use — no complicated settings, just straightforward buttons that make everyday cooking and reheating super easy. As a busy mom, that’s exactly what I need!
The sensor cooking feature works really well — food heats evenly without drying out, and it saves me from constantly checking and adjusting the time. It also runs quietly, which I appreciate, especially when the kids are napping. The size is great too — spacious inside yet sleek and clean-looking in the kitchen.
Overall, it’s efficient, user-friendly, and reliable. I really enjoy having it in my kitchen, and it definitely made everyday meals easier.
