Received defective panel

Got a defective panel.
MSI offered return through RMA process, not through Best Buy so it’s such hassle and waste of time for the least.
The quality control is so bad that you would be surprised that it’s a monitor that is being sold in 2026. It’s not even a dead pixels or two, it’s areas of washed out colors on a panel.

Received defective item very disappointed

Received a defective panel. Beaware, It's not noticable in lighter background. But when displaying dark background, there is an obvious grey square on the lower right corner and washed out area both on the right edge and upper right corner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
