The first model I received crashed often and got stuck in reboot errors. The WiFi adapter functioned poorly and was constantly dropping out, making it impossible to game online or stream without interruption.
ASUS replaced the model for me after some pleading and the new one I recieved has the exact same issue with the wireless network adapter and ASUS does not seem to have a fix for what I am finding out is a common, known issue. I would stay away.

To resolve this, ensure this laptop is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is working properly.
