Cheap and unable to reach customer support for weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is cheaply made and we are unable to reach customer support. I keep calling and the automated system hangs up on me each time ( I have been trying for several weeks now). The chat function doesn't work as well. My freezer keeps getting covered with ice or my refrigerator keeps getting filled with water on the top shelf and bottom. It's a lot of water.
