Not mouse proof

I was very excited upon purchasing this new refrigerator because the back side is completely encased in metal, opposed to the cardboard they used to use, all of the holes are small and it was perfect because I've had problems with mice getting into the back of my fridge and chewing on the wires. I thought that Frigidaire was addressing this concern by changing the back to metal with small holes however I was extremely disappointed after I got it home I heard noises within it within 12 hours and upon closer inspection sure enough they have huge holes on the bottom side of the metal where it curves to meet the bottom side of the fridge. So they put metal with small holes everywhere except on the very bottom edge where things can climb in. I thought Frigidaire was being smart and trying to help people because I assume I'm not the only one with this issue but they are not. Extremely disappointing. Almost perfect design but a huge fail with the huge holes on the bottom, one on each side, I have no understanding why they would design it like this, my only thought is that they want it to look mouse proof but they actually want the mice to get in into the wires so people keep buying new fridges. Great plan Frigidaire I just won't buy a Frigidaire next time. Other than that this model is large which is nice, it has a cheese drawer that goes all the way across which is nice but they remove to the butter compartment which I really miss. Overall disappointed and if my landlord hadn't been the one to purchase it then I would be returning it. However for me that's just based on my issue with mice so other people might be happy with it. Also I would be writing this as feedback to the company instead of a review but I cannot find any place to give them any feedback on this poor design.

Sufficient space, nice finish, slightly wobbly drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a larger fridge without losing too much storage. Shelving is adequate with some adjustments but an extra shelve in freezer and fridge would help avoid stacking things to fit. Door space is nice and deep, more than enough room for gallon size containers but shelving feels a little flimsy so hard to say how long they will last. roll out veggie drawers are simularly wobbly and maybe a bit small.

It's a great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although we didn't purchase the refrigerator, it was a part of PG&E's program for reduction of electricity use by using eco rated appliances, it's a great refrigerator! It replaced a fridge that was the same size outside but had less cu ft inside. For a small fridge, it is very roomy inside & I'd recommend this fridge to anyone needing a smaller fridge.

Why I bought a Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Frigidaire over all other brands for I know their reliability and after looking at all the different appliances available, this was the only one that had a top freezer with the fridge below and came in white.. Everything else was either black or stainless steel which I did not want..

Love my new frig!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Frigidaire refrigerator is roomy, especially the doors. I can load quite a bit of frozen food in the freezer door. I also like the fact that it doesn't have handles that can beak. I highly recommend!
