Had my first little mishap with the refill ring, as I removed the bag the bottom seam started to give a little and a very small amount of litter waste spilled out the bottom but I quickly placed the bag down on the floor and retrieved a small garbage bag, placed the torn bag in the garbage bag and saved myself from a disaster mess. I always keep an extra bag near by now, just in case, better to be safe than sorry and I always take my time removing the waste bag carefully, slow n steady wins the race and avoids a mess! But I still support this product because out of the many litter bag changes I've only experienced one issue. I LOVE my Purobot Ultra self cleaning & packing litterbox. No more horrific smells! I would buy another and definitely recommend! Totally worth it!
