The N-50 wasn’t included with the PuraMax unit I bought, but the first time I opened the full drawer, the smell nearly knocked me out. The smell of ammonia was so strong, I did not have high hopes for the N-50, but I had to try something. Much to my surprise, it workes amazingly well. If you have the N-50 & don’t think it works very well, try going w/out it for awhile. I’m sure you won’t ever be w/out it again !

Adhesive strips that come with it aren’t sufficient to hold it. It eventually falls into the litter and gets contaminated with litter. After putting a few strips of tape on the sides, I was able to wedge it in there, so it doesn’t fall off any more. It now works like it should.

I really like the Odor Eliminator N50 because it helps control the waste bin odor. I have two cats, and I only empty the waste bin once a week. Even at the end of the week, I do not notice any odors. I will be purchasing more in the future.
