This thing does everything but put the litter bag in the trash can. I love it, little pricey but worth it. Definitely will be needing a second one we have 5 cats!

I received this product quickly & price was a little high. I did have a problem getting them to fit into the holder.
I took scissors & cut a notch so it would be able to fit. Other then that they are working well. I would purchase again.

Working well

My cats won't go near the Litter-Robot for whatever reason, they just hate it. But I picked this Probot Max Pro up, set it up, and all four of them started using it immediately and apparently enthusiastically. The only real problem with it so far is that because it cycles slowly (for safety), they tend to queue up outside waiting for it, so I guess I'll have to pick up a second one and send the Litter-Robot to someone with less finicky cats. We've been through several different kinds of robot scoopers. HATE the rake style, which are nearly impossible to keep clean, and the cats always find some way to "pause" and poop on, and they always stink, this is the only one I can enthusiastically endorse as worth the money.
I have one larger cat (about 12 pounds), two medium sized, and one small-ish. Thanks to the camera, I know the space is just slightly cramped for the larger one, who consequently occasionally leaves a smear on the side. Not a tragedy, the finish is sort of a non-stick and it wipes up, so a couple of times a week I check the camera and take a paper towel to any smears.
With four cats, I have to empty it a couple of times a week, which is also fine.
I'm not a big fan of the "deodorizing" scent, which smells to me roughly like a clean portapotty, but the scent only lasts a minute or so. I've noticed no litter or poo scent at all so far. I intend to let the "deodorizer" run out and see if it's really necessary.
I'm using two different kinds of litter, both seem to work fine. Meijers brand clumping, and Dr Elseys. The cats don't seem to care either way, and the litter box works just fine with both.
The device itself is completely quiet. The most noise is a slight hissing sound as the litter slides back into the box after auto-scooping, and the occasional "thump" of a clump dropping into the waste bin.
I also really, really like the waste bin. It holds the bag firmly in place, is easy to pull out to empty, and the bags aren't stupid expensive even if you buy the brand name. I suspect other bags would work fine, but there's no reason to find out.
In all, this was a great investment. I'm just waiting for another sale to get another one!
