Why would they make a fence for one machine and not the others?? Makes no sense to me. And, the suggestions from the company to fix my issue are elementary and make you feel stupid! You think if I hadn't tried your suggestions, I'd be contacting you? Ridiculous!

After her fat butt couldnt fit now she refuses to use the whole liter box altogether. I had to get out the old box and i regret buying it in the first place.
