Hi GumpNJ,
Thank you for your review. While your U7900 TV may currently default to Samsung TV Plus when powered on, you can customize what your TV does at startup by adjusting the Start Screen Options.
To do this, navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > Start Screen Option and choose from the following: 1. Start with Smart Hub Home – Automatically launches Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. You can enable or disable this option based on your preference. 2. Autorun Multi View Casting – If you cast YouTube content from your mobile device, the TV will automatically display the content using Multi View. 3. Autorun Multi View Mirroring – When you screen mirror your mobile device, Multi View will automatically open to show your device’s screen.

Excellent television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is a phenomenal product with-out a single antenna hooked up or even any type of streaming device we can get a multitude of channels ( ones that we like to watch). The picture quality and audio is awesome The design of the tv and size is perfect for rooms with not a lot of space Plus the price was excellent( free). We are already looking into getting a larger similar product for our living room because we are so happy with this one. I would recommend any size Samsung uhd 4k television to all my friends and family. Ty samsung

I have been confined to my bed due to an illness so having my new beautiful TV will give me comfort when I’m alone and being able to get my mind off being sick . It might sound silly because it’s just a TV but to me it’s a new friend . Plus the remote is not complicated lol and I’m able to. Turn it on / off and find my shows without difficulty. Easy Set Up

This is the third Samsung TV that I have purchased my first one was not a smart TV, so that tells you how long I have owned each one. I have had a 32 inch, 47 inch, and have recently graduated to a 55 inch.
