Excellent washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this was an excellent washing machine. It washes extremely clean, and has an option to open the door after the cycle has completed, which is a definite plus. I love the automatic dispensers that will dispense just the right amount of soap. It is quiet as well, which is great! My only improvement would be that if I could customize loads and save those. Otherwise this machine is fantastic! The auto dispensers allow me to use a different detergent than the rest of my family, and have two separate dispenser options. There is also a manual dispenser if need be as well. I do think it's a bit weird that it can connect to youtube and spotify; I'm not sure what the need for that would be. It does an excellent job connecting to the smart things app - I also love that it will notify me when the cycle is complete. We store ours side by side rather than stacked - would definitely recommend!

AI Powered and Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of the new Samsung Bespoke AI washing machine is that it is beautifully crafted. Just looking at the machine, you can feel that it is a high-end appliance and really a statement piece.
Setup was a breeze. My home is already setup to run on SmartThings, so connecting the washer to the internet and adding it to my account took no time at all.
There is a handy compartment where you can add a hefty amount of both liquid detergent and softener, enough for many loads of laundry. An indicator on the home screen displays how much is remaining so you know when to add more (after 8 loads of laundry so far, I have yet to have to refill anything).
It is amazing how much quicker loads are done compared to my last washing machine! This, in and of itself, will save my family of 5 a significant amount of time - especially as we all tend to wait until the weekend to do our laundry.
Time will tell if the washing machine has serious longevity (I'm slightly concerned about everything running from a touch screen) but so far so good, and we've been very happy with the purchase! Even my kids have been excited to do their own laundry, which is certainly a win!
One thing to note: There are a LOT of options and settings. I am still learning about all of the features of the washer (and dryer). It would have been helpful for Samsung to have included an actual user manual that explains the different settings, what they are, when certain cycles should be used (and why), but unfortunately the only paperwork included with the dryer was a very basic installation guide (and of course all of the safety disclaimers). I am someone who generally reads a product manual from cover to cover when I get something new. This was a miss by Samsung, in my opinion!

Best and Advanced AI Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size and the 7-inch interface monitor are what set these units apart. It features a minimalist design and a clear look. Each unit size is approximately 27 x 34 x 38 inches, slightly deeper than the previous model. One can stack the units together or place them side by side.
Loading the clothes is easy, thanks to the wide-open door, which also opens automatically when the washing cycle is complete. The LED light is convenient as it turns on when the door is open. First, you need to complete the registration process, which includes setting up Wi-Fi and logging in to your Samsung account. It supports both 2.4 and 5 GHz networks. Samsung collaborated with TIDE. The menus on the display area can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the AI OptiWash+ or AI wash modes help alleviate confusion. Selecting one of these modes provides access to more detailed settings and options. Mix different clothes if they are made of similar materials.
The system will display the wash cycle and operation time. It's a simple thing, but it's an essential and convenient function—no need to go to the laundry room to check each time. AI bubble and stream wash options are available as needed.
Improvements to the “SmartThings App” now let you control most key functions directly from your phone, reducing the guesswork involved in cycle selection. Therefore, our weekly chores are easier.
With the advances in AI technology, we are now enjoying it with Samsung appliances. With AI Wash, the unit analyzes the types of clothes and optimizes the cycle(s). The system will update your phone with the actual operating time, based on the type and condition of the laundry. With a busy schedule, it is efficient.

Smart, Powerful Washer. with High Capacity

This washing machine goes above and beyond my expectations in every aspect—from capacity and smart features to energy efficiency and cleaning performance.
Here are my top favorite features:
1. Impressive Capacity & Performance - The washer easily handles bedding and large loads, thus saving time with fewer laundry sessions.
2. The SuperSpeed Wash feature is the most innovative feature which I experienced first time, that finished a large/heavy load in under 30 minutes and still no compromise in cleaning.
3. Smart Technology - this is something I was not so sure of at the beginning. The washer has a 7" LCD touchscreen and Samsung Smart things app controls make selecting cycles and monitoring laundry incredibly convenient. After a few wash cycles, the washer "learnt" my habits and started recommending the appropriate wash cycle, which truly feels futuristic. Finally, the washer’s built in Wi-Fi and SmartThings integration is cool, and mobile app notifications remind me of laundry duties.
4. The Flex Auto Dispense System is a very unique and thoughtful feature in this washer takes all the human error and accidental over usage of laundry detergent. The app as well as the screen on the washer shows the levels of detergent and softener which is super helpful.
5. I have noticed specialized cycles like Steam Clean which I am going to try soon, and as per the manual will make sure that my family’s clothes are not only clean but also free of allergens.
6. There is an option to “Auto Open Door” and “Drum Clean+”. I am happy to have these features, and I think these are simple touches, but they make a big difference in laundry freshness. Child lock and a well-lit drum are some subtle things that made me feel good and safer while using this washer.
7. My state provides incentives and since I am upgrading my laundry, the ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient rating is a huge plus. These days I am super concerned about long-term savings and the environment, this ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient rating will contribute to savings.
This washer is more than just an appliance, it is a combination of superior performance, convenience and smart features. I was able to do small loads like socks and heavy load like bedspreads and comforters, and this washer handled both jobs equally efficiently

F90 Series Bespoke Washer and Dryer Success!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been extremely pleased with my new Samsung F90 Series Bespoke Washing machine. Installation was super simple. The intuitive display is a nice upgrade from using knobs and buttons and instead the well designed LCD control interface is intuitive and easy to use and understand.
I also have found the ability to refill detergent and softener and allow the washer to auto dispense saves time when doing multiple loads.
I really like that at the end of the cycle the washer door opens slightly so if I run the cycle and forget it for a couple days the tub is vented so that it does not get musty.
Finally I like the crisp design and the charcoal color blends well with our cabinets.
I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new washer to purchase this model.

Quite Operation, AI Washer makes EASY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung delivered an AI-embedded Washer and Dryer to make our daily life much easier. The integration of those units and Samsung’s “SmartThings APP” gives exact washer operation information at your fingertips wherever you go.
Using OptiWash+, I can reduce the guesswork. Yes, it's now science & maybe more complicated.
Once the cycle is activated, each unit shows “Sensing the load…” as it smartly determines the best option to do the wash or dry. Sure enough, if you want more complicated options, the display “More Cycles” is available. Now, my appliance is a small computer built in. It will display weather info.
The 7” touch screen is big and easy to read and control. You can always touch: Help” if you have questions without leaving the laundry room. I am sure those washing liquids (TIDE) can be ordered directly or automatically in the future within the APP or display.
The type of washing detergent is liquid, allowing you to use it in conventional ways. However, to utilize the full AI washing function, liquid detergent is better.
The liquid detergent holders (two types) can hold up to 30 cycles or loads.
Accessing the door seems a little lower, as you need to be down on the floor if you install those side by side. When you stack them together, the bottom side controller (Washing Machine) will operate both units.
With the Samsung AI washer, I can easily handle my laundry. The operation is quieter compared to other brands. I really like the style and ZEN-LIKE design. As a result, the laundry room is no longer dark or hidden.

Samsung Bespoke AI Front-Load Washer Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just moved into our first house and decided to upgrade to this Samsung washer—it’s been such a great pick. It looks really sleek and modern, which honestly makes the laundry area feel a little more put together. It runs super quietly, even with big loads, and the capacity is awesome. I can throw in all our bedding or a ton of towels without it feeling overloaded.
The control panel is easy to figure out, and it kind of learns as you go, which is pretty cool. I’ve only tried a few of the settings so far, but the steam and bubble soak ones have definitely come in handy—especially for pet hair and tougher stains. It’s one of those purchases that just feels like a smart, grown-up decision. Makes laundry feel way less annoying.

Impressive Washer that makes Laundry Way Easier

The drum’s huge, so I do way less loads, and the SuperSpeed Wash actually gets stuff clean crazy fast. I didn’t think I’d need the app, but now I use it all the time—so much easier to pick cycles and keep track of laundry. Auto detergent dispenser is super handy, and it’s great on energy too. At first I was like “do I really need an app for a washer,” but turns out, it’s actually kinda neat having the SmartThings app. The machine weirdly starts picking up what cycles I use and recommends them for me - it’s a bit scary but also super handy. I like getting those phone notifications too because I always forget I started laundry. The detergent thing—Flex Auto Dispense?—means you just fill it up and don’t have to think about it for weeks. No more guess work or spilling all over. The app tells you how much you have left too, which is sorta nerdy but I’m into it. Does tiny loads well, does giant ones well, and looks cool too. 10/10, would recommend to anyone even thinking about a new washer.
