Not a great monitor

I had a new Sony previously. It was incredibly clear but had a few issues. One being the mouse would not work properly.
The Samsung i now have is quite unclear. I don't know why. Otgerwise, everything works well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good picture, decent sound

Bought this instead of a 3 or 4 monitor setup. It is big enough I don't need font scaling. I basically have a center quadrant that I do most of my work and 4 other areas in the corners. I'm looking straight on most of the time which helps with neck fatigue.
The picture is nice (if you disable all the smoothing and auto-contrast crap). The sound is as good as I'd expect for on-board sound. No dead pixels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this monitor for my home office to allow me to have more documents open at the same time, all visible at once. I work on technical documents and need drawings and text documents to verify information. I had a 32" 4K BenQ monitor which worked well. The extra space the 43" gives me is awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!
