True Hybrid: Productivity Met Smart Entertainment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Smart Monitor M70F for a couple weeks now, and honestly it’s been pretty handy in my small home office. The size is big; almost too big if you’re sitting close, but once it is positioned a bit further back on the desk it feels about right. The white finish looks nice with my Macbook setup along with white keyboard and mouse.
The 4K screen looks sharp, and is great for productivity as well as for watching TV, Youtube and Netflix. I didn’t really change any settings, but the AI Optimizer seems to adjust itself depending on the contents I'm consuming, or based on lighting conditions.
One other thing I really like about this monitor is its overall responsiveness. As it's a smart monitor, it supports a variety of different apps and features, and I feel minimal delay/lag while I'm switching back and forth.
SmartThing integration is a bit of a bonus, not something I bought it for, but very nice to have. As I have several Samsung's smart appliances, and it gives notification when some important activities are detected, such as refrigerator doors kept open, and laundry is completed.
I did try a bit of gaming. It’s fine for cloud gaming or casual stuff, but it’s not going to replace a high-refresh gaming monitor. That’s expected though. The built-in speakers are great for built-in speakers, but I usually have desktop speakers for better clarity and bass.
Overall, the Samsung M70F would be great for both productivity entertainment. If you’re short on space but want a screen that can do it all, this monitor is worth a look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my monitor for gaming school and work I have great pictures and speed all the time never have any lag or blur when I'm playing games everything loads quickly and smoothly on it and the 4K and AI programs on it work out really well and help me keep and learn my computer even better but altogether I love Samsung products I've never had any issues with them.
