Perfect, i love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm tried TLC 14,000 BTU 230V smart through-the-wall air conditioner with heat, to replace my old window unit that was noisy and inefficient. I am very happy with this. This air conditioner is quiet, powerful, and easy to use. It cools my bedroom quickly and evenly, and keeps the temperature and humidity at a comfortable level. It has three cool and fan speeds, and a remote control that lets me adjust the settings from anywhere in the room. It also has an energy saver mode that saves me money on my electricity bill. The installation was not too difficult, as it fits most standard wall sleeves. The unit came with a trim kit and a mesh grille that make it look neat and sleek. The filter is washable and reusable, and the unit has a filter light reminder that tells me when to clean it. The unit also has an auto-restart feature that resumes the operation after a power outage. I think this is a great product for anyone who needs a reliable and versatile through-the-wall air conditioner. It is a high-quality product at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very excited to install this unit. After unpacking it we realized the wall sleeve needed to be ordered which we’ve done. We were able to plug the unit in and it seemed to work well. The noise level was very nice, it cooled down the room quickly. The remote control was very handy since the actual installation could put it on a location that is difficult to reach.

I put it on the highest and it didn’t really blow that hard which was disappointing. It also makes quite a bit of noise as it’s working but doesn’t blow hard so I don’t understand the need for so much noise honestly. I messed with all settings and couldn’t get it to blow harder.

The 12,000 BTUs provide more than enough power to cool my large living room quickly and evenly, even during hot summer days. The through-the-wall design is perfect for saving window space and gives a much cleaner look to the room.
What really sets this AC apart is its smart functionality. I can control the unit remotely via the TCL app or even use voice commands with Alexa or Google Assistant. The interface is intuitive, and scheduling features are incredibly convenient — I never have to come home to a warm house again!
It also runs surprisingly quietly for a unit of this size, which is a big plus.

Was worried about it taking too long or being ineffective at cooling with high ceilings, but haven’t been disappointed yet. Keeps my room cool and comfy at night. Installation took a while because this unit is huge.
