Takes some experience to install but works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is pretty awesome, The installation was not easy for a noobie like me and I'm still in the process of fixing up and beautifying my wall after my project. The air conditioner itself, is effective and easy to use. It works well for a large living room or bedroom. It won't cool or heat an entire house but it does the job just right for large spaces. This is good for someone who wants their workshop cooled, or hangs out a lot in their living room. The app and remote make it easy to change temperatures without having to keep getting up. It's not too noisy and looks pretty sleek on the wall.

Just what my she shed needed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally convincing my husband that I need my own personal space dedicated to crafting, I was gifted a she shed for Mother's Day. Let's just say that this smart ac unit is just what it needed for these hot Texas days! I love that I'm able to control it with not only the remote but with my phone and voice using Google as well. Can't wait to try out the heat once it cools off in the winter!

Wonderful unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC unit is perfect! We installed it in our sunroom and it adds the perfect amount of air to this area. The only tricky thing was getting a 230V outlet to this area. I am excited to use this in our sunroom year round with the AC and heating component.

Was worried about it taking too long or being ineffective at cooling with high ceilings, but haven’t been disappointed yet. Keeps my room cool and comfy at night. Installation took a while because this unit is huge.

The 12,000 BTUs provide more than enough power to cool my large living room quickly and evenly, even during hot summer days. The through-the-wall design is perfect for saving window space and gives a much cleaner look to the room.
What really sets this AC apart is its smart functionality. I can control the unit remotely via the TCL app or even use voice commands with Alexa or Google Assistant. The interface is intuitive, and scheduling features are incredibly convenient — I never have to come home to a warm house again!
It also runs surprisingly quietly for a unit of this size, which is a big plus.

Disappointed

I put it on the highest and it didn’t really blow that hard which was disappointing. It also makes quite a bit of noise as it’s working but doesn’t blow hard so I don’t understand the need for so much noise honestly. I messed with all settings and couldn’t get it to blow harder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very excited to install this unit. After unpacking it we realized the wall sleeve needed to be ordered which we’ve done. We were able to plug the unit in and it seemed to work well. The noise level was very nice, it cooled down the room quickly. The remote control was very handy since the actual installation could put it on a location that is difficult to reach.
