[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased this kit for the stove cover and chalked it up as a bonus for everything else it came with. However, the scoop turned out to be worth its weight in gold. Especially if you have the heat deflector. The Mesa XL shoots fire like a jet engine and gets extremely hot but with that comes quite a bit of fuel if your running pellets. I’m not quite sure what else you would be able to use to refill. Too big and it drowns the fire out. Too small and you’ll end up looking like Popeye. No need to outsmart the flame. Get the kit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mesa accessory is the accessory pack you’ll need if you have a Mesa. Once you get started with the mini pit, you will want these accessories. The tools in the kit are high-quality and impressive. The storage bag is very nice . It makes it easy to find everything you need if you wanna do s’mores or a quick treat over the fire. Again, it’s very high-quality. I buy one for every Mesa I own just in case I want to give it as a gift.
I do wish you could buy certain items in the accessory kit separately. Specifically the lid and the scoop.
