TRex3 and app.

Trex 3 is an excellent watch. App is okay; but there is one significant problem:
it is very difficult to expand the workout charts, e.g. heart rate, pace, etc. on the app. The little + is very insensitive to touch. Just tapping it doesn't work, you have to continually rub it for a long time before it expands the charts. Please correct it.

Great, high quality design

Excellent watch. I have used garmins in the past and this thing smokes em. It's smooth and works really well with notifications, and they improved it even more with the T-Rex 3. Battery life is fantastic and worry free, I charge every 3 weeks....not every day like my apple watch friends.
My only complaint is that I wish there were more 3rd party apps but that just what it is.

Amazing features for the money. Great integration with Helios Ring.
Needs improvement on sleep and recovery but does very well on Heart Rate and exercise.
