When I buy a grill every 10 to 20 years, I don’t need a weekly email because I purchased one of your grills! It works fine. Period, done, quit the marketing! Unsubscribe.
Grill is junk. The first one I received had a part missing. This caused the grease to drip through and all over the propane tank etc. they brought a replacement and the thermometer doesn’t work. I’ll be returning it as well. I want my money back.

This is my 3rd Weber Spirit grill for over 35 years and I love them. There is one thing on this new one that is giving me a bit of a struggle. It is the space between the 2 grates is wide and food falls down it. Other than that it is a great grill.
The grill works very good and not too difficult to assemble. Criticism about the packaging, which seems very sturdy, but not sturdy enough as the side panels were bent, so had to be straightened carefully with pliers. This can happen apparently if during transport the package is put on it's side, which will invariably happen by the law of Murphy.

Also, it comes with a ten year warranty on all parts if any one of them becomes defective!!
