This grill fits our needs well since downsized from the 3 burner model and obtained it on sale. Igniters infrequently require a 2nd attempt and heat up quickly.

Brought it home and would not light, found the regulator no good, the store didn't have one, so I took it off another one they had and it is now working fine

One item I wish the grill had is a back piece to prevent animals from getting into the grill where the gas tank is, otherwise, I love the grill!

Still woks great after 20+ years

Mine is twenty years old still works great. Bought new grates and flavor bars several times. Needed a battery every 4 years. Needs some heavy duty stainless steel flavor bars.

Burners stopped working

I paid a good amount of money for a grill that got great reviews.
Having owned a $100 special for eight years, I thought I'd move up.
At first, everything was fine.
But a few weeks later, the left side burner no longer worked.
Then the right side quit working.
I called customer support and they told me the manifold was bad, so I replaced it.
So far it's working, but I have completely lost my faith in this BBQ.
When it works, it's great.
Everything heats up quickly and evenly, and this thing is sturdy.
Two stars is the best rating I can give.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
