Great improvements over my 13 year old model!

Bought this to replace a 13 year old weber spirit. The improvements to the body are great. The reason I was replacing the old one was the base was rusting out. Even though I always kept it covered the old design gave a place for water to pool. Doing away with the crossover bar has also made it a lot easier to control cooking zones.

My third Spirit two burner grill. A well performing grill for a small household. Easy to use, put together and maintain. All of grills are still in operation to this day along with a few replacement parts. Highly recommended product by Weber

So many changes from my old Spirit - all for the better!! The snap-on igniter is so much better than the old battery-powered one. The drain is also improved. Very impressed with the quality construction. Two large wheels instead of four small ones are a significant improvement!!
