Poor ignition

I have only used the grill four or five times and I am experiencing difficulties with grill ignition. Grill will not properly ignite on a regular basis. I am not pleased with this product.

Solid as you would expect but. Super tough to get to the pan below the burners to clean, unlike my previous 3 flame Weber which slid out.

This is my 3rd Webber gas grill The first one was replaced at 12 years of service , the second one at 10 years. I use the grill to cook everything except pizza and spaghetti. . It is used almost every day. They are reliable. Highly recommended

This is a pretty standard, decent working BBQ. Nothing super exciting but no huge complaints either. The two biggest issues I’ve found was that the top rack is incredibly flimsy and there is nothing holding it into place. Even cleaning it you can push it off its holders. Also the grease seems to fall even outside of the drip tray. I have had to clean the bottom of the bbq several times.

The only thing that I am disappointed with is that the arm the lift the cover of the grill up gets hot when you are cooking, other than that I love my grill but you will need an oven mit to open it

This grill replaced a prior Weber Genesis unit. We are very pleased with it, other than the back side of the unit is unprotected from wildlife getting into the drip tray.
