Handle gets so hot from sunlight alone that it will burn your hand before you even start the grill. The ignition system is very unreliable. Usually have to start with a lighter. The grease collect system is flimsy and prone to leaking. The q is better.

The outside handle gets extremely hot and need pot holder to open. This is the first Weber grill that I ever had that does this. I find it very dangerous. This is a flaw that should be corrected. Otherwise , it cooks the food great. Just need to remember not to lift that handle
