Bought a brand new Spirit E-210, it lasted about 3 weeks, and the left side burner stopped turning on. I called Weber and they told me it was the manifold, and it needed to be replaced. They sent me a new manifold, and then the entire grill stopped working. I'm awaiting a replacement grill, we'll see how long the new one lasts. So far, not impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always had a Weber grill. This on is nicer than the last in that the light button is included in the dial. Like the cover and the heat is spread well throughout.
It does not turn on even after I ordered a replacement part

My new grill arrived with a gas line and regulator that weren’t working. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone waiting for a rep to answer the phone. I then spent 50 minutes following his instructions until he decided I had a defective lime and regulator. I waited 5 days for the replacement. Then I had to contact the ACE hardware, where I bought the grill, to come over and install the part.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I went with the 2 burner because I not longer need a 3 burner. I love this thing. Actually, I love all my Webers. It is simple and the temps are accurate.
