I Love my new Spirit E-210 grill. It assembled easily, and has even heat distribution across the grid. I also like the grease tray design and the fact you can pull out the whole bottom from the back for cleaning.
So far so good! Good heat and when using the copper sheets very easy to clean. One hiccup that was overcome is that the rotisserie setup is actually opposite of the instructions. In essence it is backwards and the motor is needs to be mounted upside down, and the "Searwood" adapter plate must still be used in order to not labor the motor during operation. BUT, none of the that impacts operation of the rotisserie unit.
This grill is excellent! It is just the right size for my wife and I to do anything we need. It warms up quickly and provides more than enough surface space.
No problems with ignition. However, it seems like it heats unevenly. Also the handle has some play in it and does not feel sturdy. I do not like the placement of the tank. Difficult to change.
Gets the job done. Wish the side tables folded down. That was an unexpected disappointment. I bought the smallest gas Weber due to its size. And the fact that it no longer comes with folding side tables was not great. I ended up removing one of the tables altogether to have additional space on my balcony.
