Custom EQ keeps resetting

Great Headphones. My only gripe is in regards to Custom EQ. It keeps resetting to default. Needs a 'Save' setting.

The epics are alot better then the others I recommend the ones that go over the ear though these fall out to easy...but the sound quality and battery life are amazing

Great pair of earphones with impressive sound quality. The audio is detailed with a satisfying sub‑bass that really fills out the low end. Controls are responsive and intuitive, and the companion app offers plenty of useful functions.The app itself works well, though its appearance could be simplified and made a bit cleaner. Overall, a strong product with excellent sound and features.

I got these cause I lost one of my epic lab earbuds. The clarity, and bass on these is great! The anc is pretty good as well, and phone calls work great on these! Good job Jlab?
