I've tried everything including the app but noise cancelling does not seem to be working I can hear everything around me including conversions. Also ear clips are rubbing causing red marks on ears. I've always used jlabs but I'm struggling with this make

Since the first time I ordered JLab earbuds years ago, I've been hooked! These are the most comfortable ear buds and the sound quality is awesome! Best quality at a great price! Highly recommend!

Noise Cancelling

The sound is great but the noice cancelling is not as great. It does filter out some of the ambient sounds but not as well as I expected. Perhaps I need to explore over the ear options.
