I've tried everything including the app but noise cancelling does not seem to be working I can hear everything around me including conversions. Also ear clips are rubbing causing red marks on ears. I've always used jlabs but I'm struggling with this make

These are some of the best little earbuds I've ever had and I love the app with this innovative and user friendly. Prepare each and we like them a lot thank you so much jlabs for putting out a decent product.

Love the powerful sound. Be Aware feature is an improvement on the already-great version in my older JLab Air ANC buds.

Good aerbuds

Overall, I liked the earbuds: very comfortable, good noise cancellation, and the LDAC sound isn't bad.
However, I didn't like that when I adjusted the custom equalizer, the sound was muffled, especially in the left earbud. I didn't like the preset equalizer options. The spatial sound feature works worse than other brands. So, there are some issues with the sound.

Epic pods ANC

I am enjoying the pods. The listening volume is pretty good the battery life is amazing. The only problems I am have with these pods are the in ear fit is not the best. Someday they fall out of my ear repeatedly. Also the case is difficult to remove for replacing the airpods into the charging box. The lid doesn't open all the way up so it makes it difficult to get them in and out. It kind of seems like a poor design.
