It's a scam

Earbuds and the case. The one on the left is or your right ear and the earbud on the right is the one that goes in your left ear doesn't make any sense at all

I have several JLab earbuds and everyone has been a pleasure to use and listen to. I really like the ease of set up and of course the sound is great. Also a very nice price point, keep up the good work.

I love jlab all the products have been great for me haven't had no problem with them only getting warranty done try twice never was able to do it but other than that the products work great maybe y'all can reach out to me and tell me how to do warranty that would be great thank you

These earbuds do everything well for a quality price. The sound quality is amazing, the noise cancelling is solid, and have no complaints in regards to phone calls, also the force touch controls work extremely well. These earbuds are a quality alternative to other higher priced earbuds.
