These earbuds do everything well for a quality price. The sound quality is amazing, the noise cancelling is solid, and have no complaints in regards to phone calls, also the force touch controls work extremely well. These earbuds are a quality alternative to other higher priced earbuds.

Absolute steal of a product

I received my Epic anc pods today, and I have to let future buyers know they will not be disappointed, these buds deliver on great comfort fit, very good anc, intuitive app, and excellent sound. The dual driver design give excellent depth of sound and allows the eq curves to shine, with more than enough volume I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed.

Just go t the update to Jlab app today and was able to adjust the settings and acces EQ settings. Sound quality is amazing for the price cant complain. Please keep producing these type of products. Jlab always knows the public pulse.

They sound pretty good but they don't show on app and for me this is BIG deal . I want to tweak settings and touch control , and there was no app update 2 months on Iphone . The android app don't have them either . I would hate to return them just for that

No App Support

Currently, there's no app support available. If you're aiming to unlock the full functionality of the buds, having app access is pretty much essential. For users who aren't interested in customizing sound or tweaking the EQ, I’d still recommend them. But if you're someone who wants to fine-tune audio settings, I’d hold off until JLab confirms app compatibility.
