My earbuds would be more amazing than what there already are. Only thing a lot of the features on the app aren't working and i really dont know what to do about it

I've had other earbuds before and never had luck getting them to pair correctly. This was so easy!! And I can pair to multiple devices and the sound is so clear

Better quality than JBL

These have been leaps and bounds better than JBL, Sony, Soundcore and even Bose. We're talking about the Epic JLab buds of course. I wouldn't recommend there cheap line. But these Epic ones!!

One earbud stopped working

One earbud stopped working after one week. I tried resetting it, quick charge and it is just dead. Won't charge.
