I've stood by Jlab for almost 10 years. If not using their products for days as a professional military musician, they're used for ear safety, & personal daily enjoyment!

Tapping doesn't change volume it either does nothing or it skips or pauses whatever I'm listening to. I can only adjust volume with my phone. The touch sensors are garbage, I'd rather have a button or knob than this crap. The noise canceling is non existent unless you consider sticking plastic in you ear to block sound to be noise canceling technology. I'm taking these back and getting something that actually works

They works great easy to use and user friends have touch controls and force touch controls and nether work with the jlab app. Best ear buds I have ever owned would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone. 100% worth the price!
