I’m impressed with this laptop. It’s fast, thin and light and the graphics on the 16 inch screen are really nice. WiFi 6 connectivity is an improvement over previous generations.
Setup was fairly simple and went quickly. After updating Windows 11 and removing a few pre-installed apps that I didn’t want or need, installing apps went quickly and smoothly as well. Those apps (MS-Office, Chrome browser, utilities, etc.) and the standard Windows apps open quickly, run fast and smooth and I have not crashed no matter how many windows are open.
Only criticism thus far is that it took longer than expected or initially promised to customize and ship and it would be nice if it had an Ethernet connection and an SD card slot.
I highly recommend this laptop.

It does not work. Do not buy this product. I initially set up the laptop, then unfortunately did not use it again for just over a month. It would not boot.

Does the laptop do everything I need? Absolutely! However I am not able to customize the laptop the way I desire which is annoying. I can not rename the laptop no matter how man times I've tried. I also can not customize the back ground to my liking as all the themes see pixelated, they don't look good at all. It does what I need and that's fine. I just want it do everything it is supposed to do. I would love it if someone could contact me about this as well.
