Removed feature without notice

I have three of the Roku indoor cameras. When I got them one of the features I liked was that it would take still images of motion detection and it would do this without a subscription. I was having some work done at my home so I signed up for subscription to get video recordings instead of just still images during the time the work was being completed. After the work was done, I canceled the subscription because it was no longer needed. After canceling I noticed I was no longer getting the still images I got before. After contacting customer support, they said that feature had been removed and they were sorry I did not get a notice about it. That was a great feature and one of the reasons I purchased this brand camera. Now the camera is useless to me and I’m going to be shopping for a different brand camera
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Camera is good quality. Very clear and mad might vision very clear as well. This camera is better than other I have used before. The Sound is also good quality. I can hear clear and also speak which is ver Important. I also appreciate the notifications I get and all the other options that are available..
